一般都是异地或者异设备登陆，且没有绑定辅助邮箱或别的辅助信息导致的。如果绑定了辅助邮箱，异地登陆的时候，就可以验证辅助邮箱是多少。
用常用设备和IP登陆
使用登录过您的帐号的设备和地点。如果可能的话，请确保以下几点：
1. 使用经常用于登录的计算机、手机或平板电脑
2. 使用通常使用的浏览器（例如 Chrome 或 Safari）
2. 所在的地点是自己通常登录的地点（例如家或单位）
换一个干净点设备和IP
G Suite 的Login Challenge可以通过更换干净的IP来跳过。Gmail应该是也可以。
建议每个邮箱使用固定IP，移动设备可以用网络隧道达到固定IP的效果

竟然要强制填写生日！生日以后会作为必选项，不可删除，但是可以修改或者设置成对谁可见。这里设置生日的时候千万要注意，不要填成未成年，否则可能直接封号。
